How Shoppy’s fees work

Shoppy’s pricing is unusually simple for a storefront in this niche, which makes the few things actually worth knowing easy to lay out.

One percentage, nothing bolted on

Shoppy states its cut as a plain percentage of the sale with no fixed amount underneath, so the effective rate stays the same on a cheap serial as on a big bundle.

Your money never passes through Shoppy

Buyers pay straight into an account or wallet address you connect yourself. Shoppy holds no balance and escrows nothing, so there is no withdrawal step to wait on. Its own help pages say so.

The cut pays for the vending machine

What the percentage buys is automated delivery. Stock the store with files and serial numbers, or goods your own API generates, and the buyer receives theirs the moment payment lands.

It never does, and that is by design rather than a fault. Shoppy’s own help content says all payments go directly to the seller and that it does not hold or escrow money. Each sale lands in the account or wallet you connected, so there is no Shoppy balance, and no payout schedule or minimum exists for it to publish.

Yes. Shoppy supports Bitcoin, Ethereum and Litecoin alongside its conventional gateways, and enabling it amounts to pasting your own wallet address into your payment settings. Coins go straight to that address, so treat it with the care you would give any wallet that receives revenue.

Shoppy’s terms do not address refunds or chargebacks at all, and since the money never sat with Shoppy there is nothing for it to return. A refund is settled between you and your buyer out of the account the payment landed in.
